Responsibilities

As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in person
• Answering a diverse and high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence on a daily basis
