• Handling customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, cancellations, and suspensions
• Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
• Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn
• Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations
