Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in California, USA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, listening to their needs, and resolving potential issues promptly

• Process transactions accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card exchanges with precision while following company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing information, and completing stock management tasks as assigned by senior management
• Support opening and closing store activities, as required
• Provide customer care to reputed company departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and functional while staying up-to-date with reputed company new services and tools
• Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including performing routine tasks in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is a plus
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods
• Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, and negligible amounts regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting
• Visual acuity to reputed company tasks such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual examination including small parts/details
