Key job responsibilities

• Design and implement initiatives to improve operational performance

Minimum qualifications

• Degree
• Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and intermediate local language skills
• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen techniques
• Experience in a logistics environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
