Job Summary

As a Manager, HR Business Partner, you will reputed company and work with reputed company HR projects and plans in support of the client group through collaboration across key business and HR partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on reputed company talent matters, including organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, change management, organizational design, and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess talent capabilities and development needs based on business strategy. Partner with Learning functional partners to design and deliver development experiences to help reputed company gaps between reputed company and future capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally reputed company a tech organization working with software or product teams.
• Experience working with senior leaders in an "influence without power" role.
