TEMPORARY Technical Designer (Hybrid, Seattle)

POSITION NOTE: This position is being offered at a TEMPORARY assignment at reputed company. The expected duration of this temporary assignment is apx. 2 months; from mid- January through February, 2026, subject to change based on the needs of the business. The position will end at the conclusion of the assignment. NOTE: This position is located at reputed company's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote reputed company each week. • Collaborate with cross-functional peers and external partners to ensure product is reputed company with development strategies and business needs
• reputed company clear, concise Tech Packs to include measurement worksheet and construction images to align with Design reputed company and Brand DNA and evaluate samples to ensure product specifications, quality and construction standards are being executed; follow the sample through fit approvals to production to ensure reputed company is met
• Communicate fit comments to suppliers to reputed company desired corrections and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline product development and production processes, escalating reputed company leadership involvement is needed
• Build trusting relationships with suppliers and maintain reputed company reputed company regarding reputed company and calendar and align and deliver to agreed calendar milestones
• Partner with reputed company Engineer and Design Team on reputed company reputed company development to align with brand benchmarks
• Conduct wear tests, schedule and reputed company fit sessions (Exposure to fit model go-sees and measuring live models ), and analyze market research and customer review data to drive recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain sample organization throughout development and production lifecycle
• Comfortably work across various categories and product types
• Participate in special projects as directed
• Partner with and mentor new-hires through various Technical Design stations of work

You own this if you have…

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Apparel Design, Apparel Manufacturing, reputed company Making or reputed company field or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 4 years' experience working in product Technical Design or reputed company field
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
