What You'll Do

• Team Leadership & Growth: Build, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing team of data professionals, including data engineers, analytics engineers, data analysts, and data scientists.
• Strategic Execution (Player-Coach): Act as both a visionary leader and an active practitioner; while you build the team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves to architect initial data models, write production-quality code, and establish the technical standards that the team will follow.
• Strategic Data Roadmap: Serve as the primary reputed company for the global data strategy, reporting infrastructure, and the evolution of our analytics stack (e.g., reputed company, dbt, reputed company, reputed company)

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science, with a proven track record of leading teams and building data functions from the ground up.
• Technical Leadership: Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, dbt, reputed company, reputed company).
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to translate between highly technical teams and business-focused teams to deliver actionable insights.
