What You Will Do

• Applied machine learning algorithms, predictive modelling, model training

The candidate will be expected to advise on the following:

• AI architectural principles around reputed company design, infrastructure as code, CI/CD for ML, and reputed company-by-design (encryption, identity, network isolation)
• High-level solution blueprints covering data ingestion, feature stores, model training, serving, monitoring, and governance layers
• Ethical AI design and responsible AI practices, including bias detection, fairness, transparency, and explainability

• AI privacy-preserving technologies (federated learning, differential privacy, secure multi-party computation)

• Strong knowledge of analytics and AI architectures in hybrid data environments (datalakes, file systems, connectors), data processing pipelines for RAG and Agentic grounding and application development stacks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science; Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of tech provider-reputed company experience as CPO or Product Manager AI products resulting in deep subject matter expertise across AI cloud native architectures and processes.
• Full product lifecycle experience gained while working at large or global high-tech provider: building product strategy, launching new products, managing product evolution, product pricing and packaging, messaging and market collaboration, product delivery management, managing in- and end-of-life product activities
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions during 1:1 client inquiry
