Job Summary
As a Technical Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and customer care to external users of arenaflex's technical products and services. You'll work closely with reputed company to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with QuickBooks, research, and provide resolution to questions and problems
- Troubleshoot issues that are technical in nature, including hardware, software, and networking
- Solve problems that may be reputed company and require the use of conceptual thinking skills
- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate reputed company, and build rapport

Essential Qualifications
