As a Strategic Sourcer, you will reputed company for sales positions in the following segments: Healthcare, Universities, Schools K-12, and Corporate. The Strategic Sourcer will work with the Sales Recruiters to identify reputed company and future staffing needs. In addition, the Strategic Sourcer will find and build lucrative partnerships with a wide variety of sourcing channels to create warm candidate pipelines. We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for sales positions. - 2+ years of SALES sourcing and recruiting experience;
- ATS (applicant tracking system) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
