- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- reputed company and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and reputed company, to reputed company high-quality candidates.

Qualifications:

- Freshers and Junior Recruiters are welcome to apply.
- For mid-to-senior Recruiters, we would be looking at a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, reputed company a Recruitment Agency, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
