What Youll Be Doing:
- Define and execute the firms strategic vision across retirement plan consulting and wealth management.

Whatre Were Looking For:

- Strong understanding of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan consulting.
- Strong experience in the Qualified Plan space is required.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CFP) preferred.
- Series 65 required.
- Expertise in investment theory, portfolio construction, and financial planning.
