In addition, you will mix advanced survey science with behavioral analysis to design, execute, and communicate strategic research in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Serve as a leader throughout the research project life cycle – recommending appropriate methodology, scoping, and coordinating the entire process, facilitating in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysisPrioritize and conduct quantitative research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodology across multiple work streams, making sure to work on the right project at the right timePartner closely with qualitative researchers and market researchers to build upon each other's work and reputed company compelling narratives about research findingsLead synthesis and analysis of research findings – activating the insights gleaned through surveys and quantitative data identifying key opportunity areas in the context of corporate strategic directionUse your influence to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes reputed company and across productsEffectively facilitate multiple cross functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teamsGuide research process and mentor junior researchersAdvance a culture of human-centered practice reputed company UX, product, and engineering teamsBuild a network of relationships to reputed company your vision in service of our guest experience and bolthires as a whole. About you: 7+ years' experience as a product researcher with a strong portfolio showcasing successful case studiesPreferred 4-year degree in Social Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science HCI, or reputed company field.Expert in quantitative research methods, analysis, visualizations and relevant data tools like R/Python and SQLExperience in Quantitative UX Research methods, including survey design and analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate reputed company concepts to cross functional partners A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data Comfortable with ambiguity and can easily adjust to changing priorities Strong project management skills – experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects at various stages in the project life cycle. Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skillsYou balance the need for near-term solutions and long-term visionYou are an expert in communicating how research connects to, serves, and improves business outcomesComfortable speaking to a diverse group of people and leading conversations to uncover research insights. This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at bolthires as reputed company for Your Day) work arrangement based on bolthires's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a bolthires location, does not have a desk at a bolthires location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/reputed company for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a bolthires location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
