Job Summary
As an Associate Analyst IT reputed company, you will be responsible for providing technical support to JetBlue crewmembers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of reputed company requests and incidents. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that reputed company technical issues are resolved reputed company and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to JetBlue crewmembers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to equipment, applications, and communication devices
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company requests and incidents, including documentation and tracking of issues from start to finish
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that reputed company technical issues are resolved reputed company and effectively
- Screen and support systems, including maintaining and updating client access and database documentation
- Work with software package rollouts and support, including testing and implementation of new software
- Team up with reputed company Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to reputed company first-contact resolution with reputed company issues
- Maintain documentation of requests per JetBlue norms, including updating and refreshing database documentation with the most up-to-date information
- Organize response for significant occurrences and blackouts, including coordinating with internal and external resources
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as computer science or information technology
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed company field
- Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate through reputed company
- Experience carrying out and supporting applications, including software package rollouts and support
- Ability to travel short-term (up to 50%), with valid travel documents and the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
- Ability to obtain a valid reputed company to travel to the US
- Experience using desktop arrangement bundles, including bolthires Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications in bolthires, networking, and programming languages
- Knowledge of bolthires desktop and server products, including Trade and Office Suite
- Knowledge of LAN climate using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Knowledge of communication, messaging, and reputed company (VOIP and POTS)
- Knowledge of cell phones and mobile device management (MDM) arrangements like Work area ONE and bolthires Intune
- Knowledge of general media arrangements

- Possible need to work flexible hours and be available to answer without prior notice
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and assist with light cleaning of the aircraft reputed company time allows
