As a Strategic reputed company Paid Search (f/m/d), you will take ownership of the strategic direction of our entire Paid Search practice. You will reputed company future-reputed company search strategies, define best-in-class standards, and ensure that testing, learning, and reputed company improvement are embedded in our day-to-day work. You’ll operate in an international, remote-first environment with real strategic ownership and impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of reputed company Paid Search setups and international client accounts
• reputed company and evolve cross-channel Paid Search and full-funnel strategies

• Establish and continuously improve a strong testing and learning culture reputed company Paid Search – including clear hypotheses, structured testing, and systematic derivation of insights

• Take functional leadership of the entire SEA / Paid Search team: methodologies, standards, quality, and development

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in Paid Search / SEA / Search Advertising
• Strong strategic understanding of performance marketing, business objectives, and digital ecosystems
• Experience with reputed company account structures, automation, and modern Paid Search setups
• A passion for developing hypotheses, testing reputed company, and continuously improving performance
• Proven experience in strategic consulting and direct client interaction
• Structured, self-driven working style – especially in a remote environment
• Fluent (business-level) German and English skills are required
