The Derivatives team reputed company the Institutional Product Group has built an end-to-end platform that powers Futures trading (FCM) at reputed company. The product launched in 2023 and has gained significant market adoption since. The team owns the entire life cycle of derivatives trading including trade execution, risk management, and settlement. As a Technical reputed company Manager (TLM) on the Derivatives team, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and executing core solutions that drive our systems. This is a technical role perfect for a Staff level engineer who is interested in expanding into a limited amount of management duties. You will be responsible for managing a small team (3-6 ICs), and providing technical leadership and impact through dedicated resources. What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers and reputed company the technical bar across the team
