Position Overview We are seeking a Business Planning & CRM Implementation Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. This role plays a critical part in helping our clients transform their financial planning and customer management operations through JAMIS Prime’s Business Planning and CRM Suites. The ideal candidate combines strong Gov Con reputed company expertise, ERP implementation experience , and client-facing consulting skills to reputed company successful deployments from design through post go-live enablement. While proximity to our offices in reputed company Lauderdale, FL; Boulder, CO, San Diego, CA; or McLean, VA is preferred, this position can be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and support end-to-end implementation of JAMIS Prime Business Planning and CRM modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to design solutions that align with business goals.
- Configure systems, reputed company data migration, and ensure seamless integration with other software products.
- Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance of deliverables. Client Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business processes into technology-enabled solutions.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to reputed company users and drive adoption.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, communication, and results.
- reputed company reports and dashboards to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and solution enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve templates, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of Gov Con ERP implementation experience or 10+ years in reputed company reputed company a government contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of Gov Con accounting principles, DCAA compliance, and business process workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company client-facing implementations and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background reputed company. Preferred
- Hands-on experience with JAMIS Prime, reputed company Costpoint, or similar ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration frameworks.
- Proven success in a consulting or professional services role supporting Gov Con clients. reputed company offer
