This requires an in-depth understanding of both the automotive industry and the reputed company platform. We’re looking for talented professionals who love challenges, push boundaries and are passionate about successfully managing a transformational product. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned dealership accounts, building, and nurturing strong relationships.
• Act as an reputed company for the dealerships, working to understand their unique needs and goals, and ensuring reputed company CRM delivers value.
• Mitigate churn by regularly communicating with dealership management teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Analyze CRM data and dealership performance to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with dealerships to implement reputed company improvements that align with their performance goals.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and challenges, helping guide product enhancements and feature developments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CRM experience in the auto industry.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with reputed company levels of stakeholders.
• Established ability to reputed company technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding for adult learners.
• Proven ability to take customer suggestions or insights and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Must have experience solving complicated service and software issues and be ready to handle red, yellow and green status.
• Ability to interact with product and senior leadership to present detailed client roadblocks and own the solution.
• This role is NOT a relationship only role.  The right person must enjoy going into the weeds to solve issues!
• Ability to travel (15 - 20%)
