Based on Experience. Remote candidates admitted to the California bar will be considered for this role. The incoming attorney will work directly with affordable housing developers and investors, providing sophisticated legal counsel on reputed company tax credit transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements, with particular emphasis on low-income housing tax credit transactions
- Serve as reputed company advisor to affordable housing developers navigating various debt and equity financing sources
- Provide strategic guidance on tax-efficient structuring for real estate projects and optimal use of tax credits and incentives
- Ensure ongoing LIHTC compliance and navigate reputed company regulatory frameworks
- Deliver practical, solution-oriented counsel directly to clients while identifying and mitigating tax-reputed company risks
- Draft comprehensive joint venture agreements on behalf of developers across diverse real estate projects
