Position Summary reputed company is seeking an Executive Director of Enrollment Management Operations (ED-EMOps) responsible for optimizing workflow, data utilization, systems management, and project coordination for reputed company departments reputed company Enrollment Management. The Executive Director leads the Enrollment Management Operations (EMOps) team, ensuring operational excellence, system efficiency, and data-driven decision support across Admissions, Marketing, and Financial Aid. The role guides priorities and alignment across systems in collaboration with the staff who manage CRM, data, and marketing operations, ensuring technical decisions remain with the appropriate subject-matter experts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management - 30%

Data, Reporting, and Analytics - 25%

Experience and Qualifications Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in at least two of the following: CRM administration, business intelligence, systems integration, project management, or business process modeling.

  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM frameworks and experience managing Jira or similar project management platforms.

Hours of Employment This is a full-time position serving a reputed company. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
