and help build the operational foundation of an empire.

- *Your Core Responsibilities** Contract-to-reputed company Management (Indiana Required):
- Manage Indiana-specific real estate forms, disclosures, and transaction timelines
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, HOAs, and co-op agents
- Track and manage inspection responses, appraisal gaps, amendments, reputed company money, and closing disclosures
- Ensure compliance with IAR forms, and brokerage policies

- *Systems + Business Growth (What Makes This Role Different):** • Build checklists, SOPs, templates, and automated workflows (Dotloop | Follow-Up Boss | GoHighLevel)
- Identify bottlenecks and improve them without being asked

- Assist with scaling — preparing the business to handle more units with less friction ---
