Working closely with product, engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, you will shape experiences that scale from early adoption to repeatable enterprise growth. • Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and conversion
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth initiatives using product analytics, experimentation, and customer insights
• Design and ship in-product experiences that reduce time-to-value for developers, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders
• reputed company experimentation efforts across onboarding, trials, packaging, entitlements, and usage-based signals
• Partner closely with product, engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to align product-led and sales-assisted growth motions
• Define and track success metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and expansion

• Act as a thought partner and mentor, raising the bar for growth product practices across the organization

Requirements:

• 8 or more years of product management experience, with deep ownership of growth or product-led initiatives
• Proven track record driving growth for developer tools, DevOps platforms, infrastructure products, or B2B SaaS
• Strong experience operating in enterprise or hybrid product-led and sales-led environments
• Advanced skills in product analytics, funnel analysis, and experiment design
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable results
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Systems-level thinking across UX, onboarding, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions
• Comfort working with technical products and highly technical audiences
