Services Consultant – Telecommunications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in

Professional Services.

• Experience in creating and supporting various services business models, delivery models and partnering arrangements, including

Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Staffing Services, etc.

• Demonstrated experience crafting win/win solutions with customers, sales and services delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Strong organizational skills (PMP or PM experience).
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to tactfully and professionally address sensitive and reputed company issues.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to speak at the executive level and build relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial processes. Demonstrated ability to create pro forms, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.
• Strong understanding of contract processes. Demonstrated ability to manage contract modifications and take the reputed company on negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule.
• Valid driver's license. Additional Qualifications by Vertical:

Federal

• Excellent understanding of Federal customers
• Experience in Federal RFI/RFP response process
• Excellent understanding of financial and Federal contract processes
• Able to manage contract modifications and reputed company negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company reputed company pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company pay. The Services Consultant will grow WWT's Services business by leading the services sales process for assigned accounts and regions, including development of our services business, scoping new work with clients, preparing budgets and pricing, creating and delivering proposals and statements of work, actively driving closure of opportunities with our account teams, and coordinating smooth transitions of awarded engagements from the sales phase to the service delivery phase. WWT's Services business consists of (but are not limited to) the following services offerings: Advisory, Lab, Supply Chain, Deployment, Strategic Staffing, Lifecycle and AppDev services.
