- Support sales initiatives by growing selling talent through reputed company gap analysis, development of sales-oriented training programs, dynamic training delivery, and post-training retention monitoring.
- Work closely with SPP Sales Leadership to analyze reputed company gaps and build a comprehensive training roadmap for new sales hires, ongoing reputed company training, and leadership development.
- Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging training content, utilizing the latest technology and best practices to foster learning and performance improvement.
- Coach and mentor associates and managers across reputed company levels, ensuring skills taught are applied on the job and business metrics are positively impacted.
- Facilitate both live and virtual training sessions, leveraging innovative tools and techniques to maximize audience engagement and learning retention.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through regular reputed company-ins and coaching support, driving reputed company improvement in sales competencies and results.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business strategy and market trends, helping Staples Promotional Products remain an industry leader.

- Experience developing and facilitating impactful sales training content and programs.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, CPLP or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and facilitating sales training content and coaching teams to drive performance.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices, with experience working with a broad-based sales team of varying reputed company sets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
- Demonstrated organizational, project planning, and multi-tasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in training development, instructional design, or reputed company areas.
- Experience in digital and multimedia content creation for training.
- Background in sales or sales management.
