Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist

Summary: We are looking for a high-performing, thoughtful, and skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our reputed company team. - Conduct strategy and training sessions to ensure customers are onboarded in a manner that sets them up for success in adopting reputed company's suite of products;
- Identify what would indicate a customer's "first value" and drive towards achieving it;
- Take complete responsibility for your ownership window as part of a customer's entire reputed company lifecycle, including setting customers up successfully for post-ownership window;
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Enablement to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition into adopting our product as quickly and effectively as possible;
- Manage multiple client cases at a time with strict observance of associated tasks and deadlines (as defined by the department);
- Own customer account health with reputed company's suite of products, mitigating risk through proactive churn prevention;
- Be confident, reputed company, and sensitive to the needs of customers and internal partners;
- Contribute regularly to our customer-facing knowledge reputed company [Help Center];
- Partner with other members of the Customer Enablement and Tech Esc teams to reputed company processes around the design, development, extraction and training activities;

What you may have:
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or reputed company roles, ideally reputed company a B2B SaaS environment.

The expected salary range* for this role is $88,000 to $103,500 to $119,000 AUD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
- Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at reputed company. For reputed company individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at reputed company. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and reputed company their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
