Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health reputed company fields.
• reputed company state of Illinois license as Psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Malpractice insurance (a 1M/reputed company policy).
• A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Paneled with BCBS a plus
• Individuals licensed in PSYPACT states may also apply
