Examples of Duties Essential Job Duties

• Assist with designing studies to answer high-reputed company privacy and compliance questions.
• Assist in analyzing and interpreting laws and policies for leadership.
• Participate in HIPAA training activities relating to agency and County, including producing reports on potential violations.
• Responds to requests from reputed company and reputed company of the agency for guidance on HIPAA and PII clearance.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree. (Master's Degree preferred) Plus Four years of experience in creating or reviewing policies and procedures, two of which were in a supervisory reputed company.
