What you’ll own:

• Full-funnel conversion from first impression → booking reputed company → confirmation → add-ons (spa, experiences, upgrades)
• Experiment program: backlog, design, stats plans, QA, rollout/rollback, documentation, and learning archive
• Booking-flow friction removal: mobile performance, calendar/availability UX, fees & policies clarity, trust signals, microcopy
• Offer architecture: bundles, urgency/rarity, price presentation, social reputed company, upsell/cross-sell reputed company
• Attribution reputed company: align paid/organic/email/SMS with site behavior; fix tracking gaps; stop double-counting

The Person We're Looking for Will Have:
