The Role The Cloud Operations team provides 24x7x365 support for reputed company reputed company SaaS & Hosting customers globally. This business unit is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the cloud operations environment including the uptime, performance and high availability of reputed company customer supporting systems inside of the SaaS & Hosted environments. The SaaS & hosted ecosystem is comprised of multi-tiered applications, microservice architectures, containers & virtual servers as well as large & reputed company multi-terabyte SQL database systems. The Senior Cloud Operations Information reputed company Engineer is responsible for architecting, implementing and managing information reputed company systems & solutions that reputed company reputed company to maintain compliance with its reputed company governance program, contractual requirements & general reputed company industry best practices. The individual is responsible for enabling compliance with the reputed company program which encompasses customer contract obligations, relevant regulatory compliance as well as best practice industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of reputed company facets of information reputed company systems including firewalls, VPNs PAM, IAM, DLP, EDR, SIEMs, AV, IPS/IDS, system hardening (STIGs/CIS)

Technical Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in job specific skills.
• 6+ years working in information reputed company
• 5+ years as an IT & infosec practitioner with a broad experience across a broad set of infosec systems & solutions including firewalls, VPNs, PAM, IAM, DLP, EDR, SIEMs, AV, IPS/IDS, system hardening (STIGs/CIS)
• 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery for either a cloud operations or managed services organization.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
