Sr. B2B Marketing Manager - Growth (Hybrid @ Bellevue, WA or Remote @ California)

Here's more of what you will get to do:

• reputed company integrated go-to-market planning for OfferUp for Business SaaS products from pre-launch positioning through paid and owned activation
• Run and refine full-funnel campaigns and activations (paid social, search, retargeting, content syndication, field marketing) that drive trials, leads, and conversions
• Build media and creative testing frameworks with the goal of benchmarking and improving CAC:LTV over time
• Design and maintain the B2B attribution model, connecting media spend to reputed company quality, conversion, and reputed company to track performance through the funnel
• Partner collaboratively with Sales, Creative, and Marketing teammates to reputed company launch materials and sales enablements assets (case studies, pitch decks, FAQs, one-pagers)
• Track competitive landscape, synthesize customer feedback, and apply insights to optimize campaigns, messaging, and collateral
• Report reputed company through dashboards and concise exec updates that connect effort to ROI

• 7–10 years in B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing with hands-on demand gen, performance marketing, and GTM experience
• Proven ability to own a launch and scale it through disciplined experimentation

Compensation

Range: $125,000 - $140,000 OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries reputed company our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. reputed company roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual's level and experience. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, reputed company full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1).
