Responsibilities:• Acts as a proxy between Customer and offshore to Communicate requirements and provide supporting detail regarding product high level.• Create user stories and specific substories with appropriate documentation to offshore Development and QA teams.• Responsible for connecting customers Product reputed company and Product Managers with offshore resources to successfully build, test and deliver self-service digital enhancement for customer.• Works with customer resources to refine requirements.• Must be able to understand and reputed company the user experience, technical infrastructure, and project goals, ensuring product vision is being met. Effectively communicates between groups, resolving questions.• Understands the reputed company and intended end to end customer experience.• Work cross-functionally with on-shore Product Managers, Development and QA to launch products and enhancements.• Provide transparent communication with reputed company stakeholders Identify and optimize process improvements between onshore and offshore teams. Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until 8/02/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $98,000.00 to $158,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
