Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound collection and recovery calls, providing expert guidance and support to customers in English and Spanish
• Conducting thorough account-level research to identify and resolve reputed company issues
• Overcoming objections and helping customers understand their account(s) and responsibilities
• Staying up-to-date with and adhering to blithequark's guidelines and procedures, including computer-based training, classroom training, timecards, email, and other relevant tools
• Attending team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
• Updating account information and completing necessary documentation to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Consistently meeting or exceeding business metrics on a month-to-month basis, while adhering to regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification + At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience + At least 1 year of experience using bolthires Suite or bolthires Office + Fluent in Spanish and English
• Preferred Qualifications: + At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience + At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry + At least 1 year of collections experience

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
