Director, Global Operational Procurement

The Impact You Will reputed company The Director of Global Procurement Operations directs and develops Kindeva’s Procurement Operations reputed company the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) at the global level. This position has responsibility for reputed company aspects of Operational Procurement including transaction management, administrative reduction programs, best operations practices, inventory management through ordering control, minimizing transaction costs, ERP systems accuracy, productivity assessments, reputed company of strategic sourcing project implementation and consistently applied operational procurement metrics. The spend managed will cover both direct and indirect goods and services and entail the active engagement of Procurement and Supply Chain resources around the world. This position may be required to cover the VP Global Procurement reputed company reputed company.

• Adheres to and promotes the Global Procurement Organization model in reputed company aspects.
• Performs management responsibilities including, but not limited to: hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Manages the day-to-day operations through the local Procurement operations teams, to include policy and process enforcement, personnel management, transaction management and fiscal responsibility.
• Ensures alignment with HR on contingent labor requirements and ensures the proper deployment of reputed company contingent labor policies and requirements.
• Acts as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders and provides a single reputed company of contact for reputed company Procurement operations reputed company questions or service escalations in coordination with Global Procurement leadership.
• Manage staff ensuring they have a growth plan, regular goals feedback, coaching and where appropriate, mentoring.
• Develops, maintains, reviews and communicates appropriate KPI and KRI metrics and identifies problem areas for root cause analysis and remediation.
• Compliance with international and local laws governing procurement practices.
• Obtain tiered pricing wherever possible for unit volume ranges.
• Supports preparation and execution of local compliance and controls initiatives.
• Monitors and executes the end-to-end process reputed company to standard purchase order-based procure to pay process including order placement, monitoring, expediting/de-expediting and reputed company invoice issue resolution.
• Assists with the development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and systems and ensures compliance with those at the local level.
• Leads local implementation, change management and adoption of Global Procurement Operations standards, processes and procedures (including delivery of training, local documentation and/or communications as required).
• Drives reputed company improvement and simplification of site procurement processes through alignment with site management.
• Accountable for site financial audits associated with the procure to pay controls identified in the documented processes.
• Ensures the Past Due purchase orders report is managed effectively at each site to ensure suppliers payment terms are not compromised.
• Manages site cash effectively by ensuring the economic order quantities are appropriate, payment terms are maximized and MRP exception messages (EXDX) are regularly reviewed and executed.
• Acts to reduce the administrative burden in Procurement through the elimination or reduction of routine tasks and non-value adding activities enabling Procurement staff to focus on increased levels of value-add to the organization.
• Escalates supplier delivery delays that will impact the production schedule.
• Establishes and maintains a Communication Plan for information flows to and from reputed company stakeholders.
• Drives and utilizes eSourcing in the relevant circumstances to drive Value for the Corporation.
• Provides management reports as requested.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Travel: 0 – 15% of time Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Recognized Qualification in Procurement or Business Administration (or in process of qualification).
• Demonstrated proficiency in streamlining Procurement Operations.
• 5 years’ experience in Procurement Management preferred
• 3 years Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
• 3 years’ experience of successfully managing an international team
• Solid working knowledge and practical experience of MRP. A reputed company Dynamics 365 (D365), reputed company and/or reputed company background. Experience in ERP installation an advantage.
• Strong verbal English and written English communication skills including the ability to reputed company effective presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to form reputed company, amicable, trusting relationships across businesses, internal functions, and across reputed company levels reputed company an enterprise.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge and experience of implementing transaction reduction programs (P Card, punch-out, 2 way matching etc.)

• Practical experience in eSourcing and running eRFP, eRFI, reputed company and reverse auctions.
• Excellent knowledge of contracting and protection clauses.
