The Health Services RN position is in a Managed Services organization (does not reside on Client/Practice site). The RN telephonically assists and guides patients toward self-management and behavior modifications that result in improved patient outcomes. The RN is the primary reputed company of contact, coordinating with schedulers, pharmacists, providers of medical and behavioral health care and social services. • Associate’s Degree (or higher)
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• RN license in the state of Pennsylvania or a Compact State license
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in a clinical, managed healthcare, or healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clinical triage in either an ED, Urgent care, or ICU setting
