The Role of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role as the primary reputed company of contact for our valued customers. Working under the guidance of our dedicated customer service supervisor, you'll handle telephone inquiries, manage customer accounts, process payments, and initiate cases for further investigation with utmost diligence and care. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in seamlessly navigating the account opening process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

• Willingness to commute to our Union, NJ location for initial 5-week training, followed by fully remote work from home.
• Successful completion of a background reputed company and drug test, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Job Details

* Initial 5-week training on-site in Union, NJ, followed by fully remote work from home.

• Competitive compensation: $17.00/hour; $18.50/hour for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish.
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility to accommodate varying customer needs.
