Job Overview

As a Sales Chat Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in our telco program, providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients' customers. You'll work on live chat, phone, and email to address customer inquiries, promote products and services, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers who lodge inquiries online reputed company our client's website, responding promptly to their concerns and queries.
• Handle incoming queries from customers interested in learning more about our clients' products and services, with the goal of closing new phone/line subscriptions, selling accessories, and offering the latest devices.
• Record and document each transaction in reputed company forms of communication, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Adhere to client privacy guidelines to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible to work non-traditional business hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of customer service/sales experience with upselling, preferably in a call center or sales account environment.
• One (1) year of experience meeting goals or quotas, demonstrating a track record of sales reputed company.
