Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll work closely with our Call Center Supervisors to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also maintaining accurate records and adhering to our program guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Recognize and respect diversity among coworkers and customers, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect

• Take applications over the phone and determine customer eligibility for arenaflex programs
• Complete reputed company administrative functions, including data entry and maintenance of customer accounts on our computer systems
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving issues reputed company
• Adhere to program guidelines and procedures, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
• Take inbound calls from customers, assist customers with questions, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Document contact with reputed company customers, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Process reputed company program correspondence and mailings as assigned by supervisor
• Handle work assignments as assigned by supervisor, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Work Experience and Education Requirements

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
