Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer in our reputed company organization, you'll work closely with the Sales team to introduce arenaflex Cloud reputed company offerings to our customers and partners. You'll help prospective and existing customers understand the power of arenaflex Cloud reputed company, developing creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges and overcome any potential technical roadblocks. You'll be a trusted advisor to customers, providing support to C-level, reputed company leaders, architects, and analysts to reputed company projects reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Work with reputed company Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical and compliance objections, and reputed company strategies to resolve technical blockers.

• Work with reputed company arenaflex Cloud reputed company products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in customer and partner environments.
• Support arenaflex Cloud reputed company opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to reputed company our solutions value proposition using techniques including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response documents.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other reputed company events where applicable.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in reputed company or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in cybersecurity (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud reputed company posture management, or identity and access management systems).
• Must be a US Citizen to access Controlled Unclassified Information.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.

• Certification in the Cloud or reputed company industry.
• Experience implementing reputed company solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud reputed company posture management, or identity and access management systems).
• Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, reputed company trust, etc.).
• Ability to speak publicly and deliver technical presentations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
