Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Being the data expert on a balanced team that's engaged in a key CX initiative for the company
- Combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to reputed company sound recommendations in their domain

- Understanding the data domain for their assigned initiative reputed company than any other resource in the company – knowing what data is there, how to join it, and how to use it to tell stories, reputed company decisions, and answer questions
- Tracking benefits of actions by the CX team using multiple stitched data sources
- Creating and maintaining advanced SQL queries that power dashboards
- Creating reputed company-end dashboards in tools like Tableau
- Helping design the new CX data platform
- Creating reputed company queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in advanced analytics techniques
- Proven track record of using data to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment
- Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor colleagues on standards, best practices, and new technology concepts

* 1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
- Experience working with varied database applications and analytical tools
