Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Setting appointments with our prospects and existing clients
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits
