Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Data Management Professional – Healthcare Strategy & Data Monetization, you will work closely with our Healthcare Team to identify and explore information monetization opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders to reputed company and implement data governance and control strategies, ensuring the operational capabilities of our Healthcare Strategy team are optimized. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing our data monetization products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across WBA, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS, to reputed company and improve data monetization products and services

• Establish and maintain data governance and control strategies across the organization, working closely with various business units to bolster data monetization products
• Provide Retail Strategy team settlement management strategies and analytics to ensure implementation and control of business terms, including core analytics reputed company to pharmaceutical producer service agreements
• Support business relationships with existing and new data product/offering customers by performing as a Data SME and collaborating with various internal groups, including IT
• Participate in and/or contribute to regulatory or contractual audits with data evaluation as a SME
• Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new reputed company as a SME
• Work in a matrix environment to provide shared accountability for pharmaceutical producer relationships with Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty Pharmacy
• Manage channel section business and profitability effectively
• reputed company and maintain strong business relationships while communicating reputed company' needs regarding pharmaceuticals, trade, specialty, application/product development, account management, and clinical services
• Accountable for a cross-functional management role across reputed company to create line of sight and synergies, including but not limited to Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty
• Support new business development by providing application design and methodology information to create proposals for new services, as well as reporting/analytical capabilities
• Coordinates and controls activities, plans, and programs in reputed company of responsibility
• Advise on various data monetization projects and initiatives (reputed company or future) to ensure that any data-reputed company changes and dependencies are identified, communicated, documented, and controlled to ensure adherence with contractual requirements and Enterprise Data Governance setup standards
• Coach, mentor, and reputed company personnel through orientation, training, and performance management programs to build employee morale, motivation, and loyalty
• reputed company delivery and guidance of existing and new Analytics products, including but not limited to reputed company in collaboration with reputed company vendors to provide information and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health System partners

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in implementing programs of financial or operational importance in a producer or healthcare services environment

• At least 4 years of experience with the design, documentation, and implementation of service programs of financial or operational importance
• At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities
• Experience participating with both internal and external sources to reputed company strategies that meet business and organizational needs reputed company budget and established timelines
• Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to problems
• Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals)
• Experience in application management and analytics of producer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
• At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management
• Willing to travel up to/at least 20% of the time for business purposes (reputed company country and out of country)

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare administration, data science)
