Job Summary

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company while accurately processing patient information and medication requests. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and efficient data entry, reputed company while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
• Resolve External Exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Capabilities

• Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
