Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems reputed company telephone and written correspondence, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Utilize knowledge reputed company information from MARCS and STAR to answer customer inquiries regarding departmental policies, procedures, and points of law

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school
  • One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, preferably in a service center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
