Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with questions reputed company to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. You will work independently from your home office, providing customer support reputed company phone and utilizing your expertise in bookkeeping and accounting to resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. As a remote reputed company, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at times that are convenient for you, as long as you are available to work between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
