As an Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing programming and analytical expertise to build and enhance solutions supporting Executive Compensation programs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To reputed company in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent experience/training. Additionally, you should have:

• 5 years of work experience in an analytical business field, such as Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Visualization.
• 5 years of work experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from relational databases.
• 5 years of experience using SQL and one or more scripting languages.
• Experience with Data Visualization software (Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company 365 applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Master's in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Applied Data Science, or a reputed company field.
• Experience programming in TSQL and Python.
