Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Leader to join reputed company, responsible for driving the Customer Data Platform strategy and overseeing the successful transport of our organization's use cases associated with customer experience orchestration and the reputed company Experience Platform (AEP). Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with organization-wide objectives
  • Creating, maintaining, and tracking project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project
  • Leading the planning and implementation of organization-wide use cases, ensuring alignment with business desires and objectives
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and success parameters
