Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, handling patient enrollment, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry issues reputed company to exceptions.
  • Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between applications, save files, print reports, and access information online).
  • Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.

  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification organization.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
