Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to work in a remote setting, providing exceptional patient care and performing data entry tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
• Drive the execution of different strategies and operations to guarantee business needs are being met
• Drive compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services
• Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives
• Implement and execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs to maximize financial performance
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership

Essential Qualifications
