Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for evaluation. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to reputed company device upgrades that support the group in serving its customers more effectively. Your primary focus will be on applying a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
- Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for evaluation
- Collect, analyze, and present data from the device while furnishing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
- Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences unfamiliar with the domain
- Recognize patterns to outline gaps reputed company the applicant monitoring device and drive change at a device level with accountable parties (end users, device admins, etc.)
- Ensure successful integration with reputed company systems and correct reporting to stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working with People or Recruiting teams, or in-depth understanding of the complete cycle recruiting process
- Prior relational database experience
- Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to tackling reputed company issues
