Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing new patient enrollments, handling patient medication requests, and entering refill orders for processing. You will also investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve any data entry-reputed company exceptions. Additionally, you will handle correspondence with patients, settle on outbound calls to prescribers and patients, and provide support to pharmacists and other reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve any data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle on outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Settle on phone calls to support plans and others to acquire data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs.
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations.

Essential Qualifications

- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
